Important: At ListGrow, we operate under a strict no-refund policy. All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of the reason.

1. No Refunds

All payments made on ListGrow are final and non-refundable, regardless of the reason. This applies to:

  • Campaign pool joins (free or paid)
  • Subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, or annual)
  • Credits, rewards, or promotional purchases
  • Add-on services, verification, or badges

Once payment has been processed, no refund, reversal, or chargeback will be issued.

2. Acknowledgement Before Payment

By making a payment on our platform, you confirm that you:

  • Understand you are purchasing access to a campaign or subscription, not guaranteed results
  • Accept that user-submitted contacts may vary in quality, accuracy, or responsiveness
  • Agree that you are not entitled to a refund if the outcome does not meet your expectations

3. Non-Delivery Situations

If a technical issue prevents delivery of services (e.g., failure to generate or send pool contacts), we will:

  • Investigate and attempt to resolve the issue promptly
  • At our discretion, provide service credit (e.g., access to a future pool), but not a monetary refund

4. Fraudulent or Abusive Payments

Any attempt to dispute or charge back a legitimate payment will result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your account
  • Blacklisting from future campaigns
  • Legal action if necessary

5. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel a subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support
  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for any prior payments
  • Access to subscription benefits continues until the end of the current billing cycle

Important Reminder

Please ensure you are certain about joining a campaign before making payment. Once payment is processed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

6. Governing Law

This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and is governed by the laws of Nigeria, applicable internationally.
